Michael S. Finley is the President and owner of Professional Community Management, Inc.(ProCom). Mr. Finley is a Naval Academy graduate who served his country for over 30 years on active duty and as a reservist. Mr. Finley now applies the integrity, dedication and organizational skills that were part of his military life to community association management.

Mike started ProCom in 1991 because, as a board member, he could not find a management company that provided the level of service that his community needed and deserved. Out of this need, he started his own management company. Mike has a very hands on approach, staying apprised of each communities’ major events and financials.

Mike believes that through education and training, his managers and staff will be better able to assist an association in meeting its goals. In that vein, he requires that all managers continually work towards the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) designations of Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Manager (PCAM). In addition, he holds weekly training sessions so that his managers can stay current on many topics from changes in the laws to the latest property maintenance techniques.

                       Mike and his team are dedicated to the success of every community ProCom manages!

In addition to managing communities, ProCom staff actively supports the community throughout the year.  Managers take part in Thanksgiving food drives, sponsoring families at Christmas, supporting the Martin Luther King Foundation and the Klocko Educational Fund.
